Shipping with VitaArt
We ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All United States deliveries will be shipped via USPS using the delivery method you specify during checkout. In most cases when placing an order that ships via USPS, your order will ship from our Fulfillment Center either the Same Day or the next business day. In certain limited circumstances, your order can experience additional delays if there are problems verifying the address provided on your order or there are unforeseen circumstances in our Fulfillment Warehouse.

USPS First Class Parcel Delivered in 3 – 10 Business Days depending on Destination
USPS Priority Mail Delivered in 1 – 2 Business Days, except Alaska and Hawaii which can take up to 5 Business Days.

ALASKA, HAWAII, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Due to certain limitations in other countries,
we ask that you call our Customer Service Department at (239) 248-7106 if you would like to have your order shipped outside the United States.
International Shipping fees can be quite substantial and therefore we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for International Shipments.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply call our Customer Service department at (239) 248-7106 and a VitaArt Representative will be happy to assist you with your return. The Customer Service representative will first process a Return Label that will be sent to you via email and/or mail. Once you receive the Return Label, please place the items you are returning in the original box and affix the return label over the old shipping label. For a USPS return label, please place the return item in your mailbox, hand it to your postal carrier or drop it off at any United States Postal Service Station or pickup box. When your return reaches our facility, we will process a refund to the Credit Card within 1 to 3 Business Days. We will only be able to return funds to the Credit Card or Debit Card that was used when you placed your order. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your return shipment.
